Lecturer Bargaining 2023-2024

Lecturers will be at the bargaining table beginning in Fall 2023, and you can follow along and find resources related to bargaining here. (Spoiler alert: LACs will be back at the table the following year.)

  • This Bargaining Toolkit is every LEO member’s go-to place to find all the things you’ll want to read/access before heading to a bargaining session. From Zoom backgrounds to documents explaining what to expect at bargaining, it’s all here!

  • Keep track of the status of proposals as they are passed back and forth during the course of bargaining with this tracker tool.

  • Read a short summary of our platform to learn more about the issues we are fighting for at the bargaining table.

  • Bargaining sessions are always open to LEO members, and are typically scheduled on Fridays. Check our the events registration page for details. We will also have several open community bargaining sessions; see our Allies page for more details as they become available.
