LEO members ratified the constitution in February 2004 by a vote of 99% to 1%, with nearly a 40% return rate of ballots. The Constitution was most recently amended in November 2005, and the versions below reflected those amendments.

The LEO Constitution is available here in two formats:

• HTML (hypertext). This is the ideal format for browsing through the document online or for quickly locating one specific article.
   

• Pdf file. This is the most suitable format for those wishing to print out the document or store it on their computer. To download and save on your computer, right click on the link and then select Save Target As from the pop up menu. (Requires the free Adobe Reader.)
