The LEO Constitution was written by a committee of members representing all three campuses, over the summer and fall of 2003.
Members ratified the LEO Constitution in February 2004 by a margin of 99% to 1%.
The Constitution was amended at the Annual Membership Conventions of 2005, 2007 and 2008.
